How reliable are the tests?

After your samples have arrived at our laboratory, you will receive your results within 48 hours at the latest. From ordering to receiving the results, the entire process usually takes a total of 4 working days.

How quickly will i receive my result?

You have tested positive / reactive for a STI - no need to panic! Our doctors will be in touch with you soon* and will discuss the next steps together with you.

*: Excluded: Mycoplasma, Ureaplasma and Trichomonas. You will find detailed instructions for this in your doctor's letter.

What do I do if the test result is positive / reactive?

If you have an active sex life with multiple partners (and practice safer sex), you should get tested every 3 to 6 months.
If you enter a monogamous relationship - or actively maintain one - we recommend that both of you get tested before having unprotected sex and repeat this annually.

When and how often should I take an STI test?

Your data is stored on servers in Germany and the highest encryption standards are used to protect your data.
